| - If I could give zero stars I would, let me first start off by mentioning that fact that I I can understand their language fluently and the moment I say down they had already started talking crap. The lady who did my pedicure was very interrupting when I was trying to discuss which pedicures my boyfriend, his brother and I wanted. She kept I terrupting us and trying to up sell when I told her 3 TIMES very specifically that my boyfriends brother did not want a parafin wax, and when she syartes putting on the parafin on him I reminded her no he does not want that, she insisted yes he does. Now the reason why I told her not to use the parafin was because most nail shops reuse the same parafin wax on peoples feet and then put them back in the machine to use on other customers, which is why I told her 4 TIMES not to do it. She then continued to talk crap in Vietnamese, calling me cheap for not doing the gel and not doing a fill. After she finished my pedicure she did my boyfriends pedicure, and he was not very happy because not only did she cut him when she trimmed his cuticle but she also cut up a chunk of his skin on his ankle from the callus razor, and she had the nerves to blame it on him and insisted that he hit his foot somewhere, and there was even fresh blood coming out.. Amazing. When she was all done with our pedicures she asked me if I was having a boy, and I'm not even pregnant. Im not the type to make a big deal of that but the fact that I was already frustrated with her service and her terrible customer service she should have kept her comments to herself. I paid a total of 80$ for 3 pedicures, 1 $20 pedi, and 2 $30 pedis, in which the 2 $30 pedis didn't even last a good 40 minutes total. This is possibly the worst of all nail salons I have gone to put of all terrible salons I have been to.
