  • Why isn't zero or negative stars an option? Waited for our food for over 15 mins at one of the car hop stations after it said that our 'Car Hop' was on their way. Then we decided to get a shake to go as we left and we sat in the drive thru line after we ordered our drink for 20 mins just to get to the window to not even get an apology for the wait. Our cashier didn't even greet us just told us the total. Then once he gave us our card back and we thanked him, he handed us our shake and shut the window. No goodbye, no apology, no manners. Obviously I don't expect a red carpet rolled out at Sonic but I do expect basic manners and customer service. But that's obviously too much to ask.
