While there's no way I'm spending $34.95 to go on that Ferris Wheel (I just love using that term because employees and PR people at The LINQ have gone so out of their way to call it anything but that), I was really impressed by the outdoor walkway between that Ferris Wheel and Las Vegas Blvd.
Am I wrong, or did they basically take a useless dirty alley between what was Imperial Palace and Flamingo and turn it into something very nice?
To me, it seems the perfect length for an outdoor street of retail, dining and entertainment and the fact that it is framed by the High Roller going one way and The Strip going the other works well.
Brooklyn Bowl, Tilted Kilt and Yard House all are places that I would come back to check out and there were many other spots for drinks, food or just window shopping that looked appealing as well.
Oh, and this street is exceptionally clean and had a lot of activity especially for a cool Monday night in December when Vegas traditionally is not as busy.
