  • I visited this Goodyear location with the impression that I needed my brake pads changed. However, Joe Velasquez, the assistant manager, informed me that it was not my brakes that were the issue, but something else going on with my tire bearings. He and his colleague were honest with their work and didn't try to sucker me into purchasing a service that wasn't needed. They were very helpful, personable, and thorough. Although I did not have the means to fix the underlying issue at the moment, I will definitely be back once I do. Being that I live here in Las Vegas alone without any family to call on for emergencies, I know that I will be in good hands at this Goodyear location, and that I can trust them to fix my vehicle without any hidden fees.
