  • I had just moved back to Phoenix, in a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with. My new job offered pet Insurance and like a good pet parent, I jumped on the opportunity. The Kitten is my World. So I choose this location because of their Yelp review and they were in my Insurance network. Walking in as a new client, they were patient with me, explained services and were knowledgeable about the insurance I was going to use. The appointment was for a check up and the Kitten needed her shots. They were great, I didn't wait long ( I made an appt, not a walk in). The Vet Tech answered my questions, got all the basics done and noted. Then the Vet came in and she was very easy to talk to. She explained some vaccines my cat didn't need because she was strictly indoor. However she did state that if she was around outdoor cats I would need to get the Kitten more shots to decrease her contracting some diseases . I have made a note of that, she is an only pet right now but I will make sure she is always protected. Check out was a breeze, I was covered and got a receipt which listed everything out. A few days later I got a letter from the Hospital welcoming me as a new client and inviting me to a tour of the clinic if I wanted. Very nice staff and no pressure on me or my pet. Highly recommend!
