  • Worst customer service experience from a Lexus Dealership ever - from the women who answer the phones to the cashier, to the service department. After calling around, their prices for everything were much higher than other Lexus dealerships. If you continue to give them your business, call around and get other Lexus dealerships' prices and make them match those prices. For me, besides price, it is worth it to drive farther to get the type of Lexus service you should be getting because you definitely don't get it from Superstition Springs Lexus!
