  • Not sure what the hype is about. Very eggy. Very spongy. I went in with an open mind, expecting that it wouldn't be anything like what I think of as cheesecake. I was right about that. But it shouldn't be called a cheesecake at all. It's like a dense sponge cake with eggs.
