  • If you want to get screwed over multiple times, definitely live here. First off, I went in and gave 3 months in advance that I was moving out. And since they had gotten new owners after 2 months, apparently it didn't matter that I have notice. So I had to pay an extra 2 months of rent!!! AT SOMEWHERE I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE ANYMORE. she said I had no other choice and I would have to pay extra since i didn't tell the NEW owners in advance, Which is not my problem at all. Now I have to take them to court because they charged me for a pet I didn't even have. After I had signed the papers to move out. Apparently it costs 609.28 to replace a one bedroom apt carpet!! Such bs and I will definitely be taking action. Skye is extremely rude and passive. Do not live here if you want to get robbed of everything over and over again. Plus cockroaches were everywhere even with pest control every week. Disgusting and they committed fraudulence. Plus crazies were always banging on my door because apparently the previous renter was a drug dealer. ((: I am 20 years old in debt now. Screw this place. So over all I owed 1500 plus 2 months rent plus $600 carpets. Absolutely ridiculous. Glad to be out tho!!
