  • I went in for an acrylic overlay-no tips. I think it is the owner/the one always at the cash register that did them. I have been here in the past and the other ladies are nice. The owner was rude and did not apologize when she was very rough with the filing, I actually jumped in my seat! She acted upset and mad that I was having a hard time with her filing! She filed so hard -it burned and then she used the dremel file so long it felt like my nails were on fire. Once she painted them and finished last coat, she never said a word to me then left me sitting. She did not even say thank you or apologize for the pain. She acted like she is in no need of a satisfied customer or care if they are uncomfortable. Im sad- cuz I like the place, but I wont return due to her lack of friendlyness or care for cusotmers. She was the worst nail tech I have ever had, it is several hours later and my nails & fingers are still in pain!!! So mad about this service that I paid money for......never again!
