Service: is there any 6-star I can give? Absolutely fine dining experience.

Salade de Tomates - *** marinated heirloom tomatoes, haricots verts, Bouchon Bakery olive bread, grilled red onion, with hard boiled egg & basil vinaigrette, very fresh
Saumon Poêlé - **** sautéed Scottish salmon with Brentwood sweet corn, new crop potatoes, bacon lardons, manila clams & corn pudding, a bit salty, but overall great with layers of flavors, recommend
Gigot d'Agneau - **** roasted leg of lamb with summer bean cassoulet, merguez sausage, persillade bread crumbs & thyme-scented lamb jus, medium cooked, chewy meat, though a bit offensive smell, recommend
Price: expect $50~$60 each plus any alcohol
