This place is GORGEOUS and is one of the things that makes me proud to be from Northeast Ohio! From the old subway tiled walls to the architecturally significant ceilings and facade, there's a lot to love before even wandering the hundreds of "stalls" both inside and outside the main building. Where else could I possibly I grab rare spices, fresh Slovenian sausages, at least a dozen different varieties of fresh pierogies, homemade desserts galore, coffee, Amish cheeses and any type of fresh produce I could wish for? Now that I live in Chicago, I try to make West Side Market a required stop on each return to visit family. And each time I find myself asking, "Why the heck can't we pull something like this off in Chicago?" It's because this is uniquely Cleveland!
