  • No doubt Tom is a nice guy. However, I was charged $175 for labor for a thirty to thirty five minute job. He did have to come out to diagnose the issue and found I needed a toilet kit. He got the kit and installed it. I can't understand how that can be a $175 labor charge or that that was a good deal. He just told me that $175 is their minimum labor charge! Really?!!
