  • Our experience with Dr. Ellis and her entire staff at Union Hills Family Dental was simply outstanding. I only wish we had found them sooner! The front office staff greeted us right away with smiles and helpful natures. And their follow up assistance after appointments was also just perfect. A personalized and enjoyable experience! During our first visit, my daughters (ages 10 & 11) and myself had our regular teeth cleaning done. Betsy first performed all of our x-rays and was so sweet and personable. Shari tended to my daughters cleanings but, before taking them back, she was very patient & knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding some of the standard procedures with teeth cleaning in children. Both of my girls spoke highly of their time with Shari, saying she was, "nice and funny". Arlene did my cleaning and was just as personable and fun as the others. She, too, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. It is obvious all of these women love what they do and are very happy working with Dr. Ellis. I should mention here that I learned all of these individuals have been working in this office for 8-10 years. That says a lot about a place! When my time came with Dr. Ellis, the pattern did not change. She was so friendly, personable, and low key. I felt confident right away in her care and assessment. As an individual with a long and very expensive dental history, I do not say those things lightly. Once again, my only regret is not finding Dr. Ellis sooner. She reviewed my x-rays and discussed all issues in detail. We talked about our game plan and I felt involved & included in the process. I really can't say enough good things! If you are looking for a clean, upbeat, & friendly dental practice where you'll also find highly skilled practitioners and front office staff, this is your place!! Thank you Dr. Ellis and staff for such a wonderful experience!
