  • I have fired Mt. Edge Maids. The size of my home allots for 2:15 - 3 Hours of cleaning by two maids. They rarely spend 2 hours in my home. They miss dusting ceiling fans, shutters and leave TV screens smudged, among other things such as: not vacuuming stairs and hard floors, they sweep them with a broom! That is disgusting! The last service was the worst, I had to re-vacuum the whole house and re-mop the hard floors, they were still dirty. Also the "free" landscaping is horrible. They do not pull weeds on the side of the house. These landscapers are supposed to upkeep your yard to HOA specifications, they aren't even close. My home is always straight and free of clutter, so they can come in and just concentrate on cleaning. My yard has always been kept neat and weed free. Very disappointing. Do not recommend them.
