| - Yelp classifies 5-stars as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and I couldn't agree more in the case of Loganberry Books. This is an exceptionally special place, a literary gem, and as Bethany C said, a treasure trove of books old and new. If you consider yourself a bibliophile, you're going to have some serious issues showing restraint in Loganberry.
Aesthetically, this bookstore is unlike anything else you'll see in the area. There are sprawling stacks, sliding ladders, a tin ceiling, hardwood floors, a roaming cat, cozy seating... it's pretty much like a quainter version of a library from Beauty and the Beast. Once you settle in, it feels really hard to leave. Their selections run the gamut of new, used and rare. You'll fall in love with books you've never considered and enjoy chatting with the helpful staff.
I've never done it, but they have this super cool program called "Stump the Bookseller." As the website explains, "Stump the Bookseller is a service offered by Loganberry Books to reconnect people to the books they love but can't quite remember. In brief, people can post their memories here, and the hivemind goes to work. Together with these wonderful Stumper Magicians, we have a nearly 50% success rate in finding these long lost but treasured books."
Love, love, love all around. Include this on your list of must-things to do in Cleveland!
