| - They lost my business. There were several occasions where they cancelled service dates on me due to weather and rescheduled the service for a couple days later. No problem, except no one showed up on the two most recent rescheduled days. They had rescheduled days on me in the past, which was no problem, and always did it automatically without me being involved (I didn't have to call them). I would be notified by text message that I was being rescheduled and what the date was being changed to. However, these last two times, there wasn't anything automatic about it. I had to call them to reschedule and even called back the first time no one showed up, to reschedule. I wrote a lengthy email to the local manager to complain about this issue and sent it at around 9pm on a Saturday night. He responded within an hour, which I thought was a strong effort, and told me he'd take care of the issue. He then sent me an email the next day to tell me that my favorite tech, Raymond Ray, was scheduled to service my house the next day in the afternoon. I thought for sure that all of my issued would be resolved and perhaps they may even offer a discount on my next service (which they had done once in the past, when a tech never showed up for a service, but I was billed anyway). Raymond never showed on that Monday and that's when I cancelled. I gave them several chances to correct their issues and they fell flat. I'm not sure if it's a management problem or just overall shoddiness, but if they don't figure it out fast, they're going to lose lots of customers. Maybe they just didn't want me as a customer because I was far out of a regular service area (I live in Fort Mill and I believe they're based out of Matthews)? Regardless, their product was great when they serviced regularly. I would have recommended them to anyone. But their customer service is horrible.
