  • Excellent service. Jay took the time on the phone answer all my questions and educate me on water heaters as I've never had to get one replaced before. I called several times throughout the day for different reasons and only got a machine once. He was willing to get me scheduled same day if possible, but I wanted to wait a few days for the base to dry out first. Dan showed up on time, was fast, friendly and professional. He explained all the pipes to me and answered all my questions. I feel confident I got the best service possible for a purchase I knew little about. Price was in line with what I expected to pay.
