  • I have the people who work at this shop for single handedly addicting me to Japanese knives. I cook nearly every day, for at least 1/2 the day and these knives are amazing best kitchen friends. Great staff that can handle my beserker attitude and can also answer the millions of great and crummy questions I come up with. I have 2 knives & a knife magnet rack.....and I've got my eye on a few more. Great shaving section, cutting boards and who's its.....
