  • The folks are friendly enough, and enough being satisfactory. They don't go out of their way to provide great customer service. The service rep who helped us, watched over us like a hawk, following us around the store giving us little room for private talks. He wasn't rude, but like I mentioned he also didn't give us sufficient room to browse on our own. On the day of delivery, I spoke with Mariam and asked her if she knew when the company was delivering the product, she asked me to call the delivery guy myself. I don't know what you think of that, but I think I shouldn't have to contact the delivery people, to figure out when they're coming. They did deliver the product we bought. I didn't know I had to assemble it when it arrived. The legs of the dining room table required me to attach them to the table. The table came with 1 1/2 inch screws. Hardly enough stability for large dining room table legs. I ended up having to drill holes and bolt the legs on. My advice to you is, definitely shop around before deciding to go with this company.
