  • First-timer here, and I'm impressed. This place is right off of highway 101. They have two lines for the drive-thru. The line was long on both sides, but I breezed through it pretty quick (less than 10 minutes). Super friendly workers greeted me while I was in line to take my order. I didn't drive in far enough to have the menu in front of me, so I told them it was my first time here. The guy was charmingly funny, and said he had the menu in his head. I ended up getting the caramelizer 16 oz blended & iced. I absolutely loved it. At the pickup counter, Amanda gave me excellent service. She even asked for my name. She was informed that it was my first time by the previous guy. She had me tried my blended caramelizer on the spot to see if I was satisfied - the drink was perfect, of course. Then she gave me a stamp card that gets you a free drink after purchasing 10 cups. It's good to know that they give double stamps on Tuesdays. I can't believe this is 24 hours - super convenient. I am definitely returning to try other items on their menu.
