  • I have never been so frustrated as I get when I am talking to Terminix. They will now be coming for the 4th time to the same spot in my house.. The termites are even coming out of the same hole that had been treated! Not only are they not getting rid of them with their 'guarantee', their communication with me is appalling. Twice now have they told me they would call me back to find an appointment time and never have. When I call them back, they tell me that someone has already scheduled an appointment for me.. at a time I am not even at home, sometimes even the very next day without me knowing. What are they going to do.. just show up at my house? Then I keep telling them what number to call and they CONTINUE to call a different number that the account was made with by my realtor.
