rev:text	Our review was removed which seems rediculous and defeats the whole purpose of Yelp!! So here we go again! We have been going to Durango Animal Hospital for about 6 months. We go there every 2 weeks to buy our cat's Urinary food as prescribed by them. Today we picked up his food as normal and put it in the trunk. It wasn't until we got home (which is a distance away) that upon opening the trunk, we were hit with the worst smell imaginable. It smelled of rotting meat. To our shock we noticed MAGGOTS coming from the top of one of the cans of food. I immediately called Durango Animal Hospital back, and voiced my complaint and my shock at how something like this could be overlooked. There didn't seem to be a lot of concern on there end other than saying come back and we'll give you an exchange. After driving all the way back there in a smelly new car, we were offered a smaller case of food with half the serving amounts (they were out of the usual), which is ridiculous as why should we have to take less for there problem. We took another brand instead. During all of this, there was no real sense of remorse from them for our time, our gas, our disgusting smelling car that we will have to have cleaned...NOTHING! Not even so much as an offer of coupons or anything. We've spent several thousand dollars with them between medical care and food, but that didn't seem to matter......VERY DISAPPOINTED!! NOT COMING BACK!!! IF THEY DON'T NOTICE BAD SMELLING FOOD, WHAT ELSE DON'T THEY NOTICE!!
