I would have given the Baymont three stars, except the staff was mostly rude. My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip and when we checked out, they just charged our rooms to the card used to reserve them, even though we each provided credit cards when we checked in and asked that the rooms be charged to the cards we provided. This created a time consuming issue for people who already have a lot of work to do.
Plus, our rooms were really noisy due to nearby construction. Not that the hotel can do anything about this, but if guests are being woken up at 0500 in the morning, the hotel should offer a discount or some way to make the lack of sleep a little less irritating.
I won't stay here again.
