I have been in here on many occasions and the customer service is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the reps make an effort to be hopeful and sometimes they can't be bothered. Recently I came in here I politely asked to try out the new Dyson blow dryer on display and was told yes I could try. Then in the middle of my trying it out the salesperson after giving no prior indication basically rudely ripped it out of my hand and said, "We have other customers." I think the other customers who has just walked in and wanted to try felt embarrassed/uncomfortable too. It wasn't necessary to do that the saleslady could have simply communicated in a polite way. And embarrassing customers is certainly not how you encourage them to come back and want to buy.
