  • Came in at 8:10 am on a Saturday morning. Only 6 people were ahead of me. Only came in to do an oil change and my 40000 km scheduled maintenance. I wad told it would take anywhere from 1.5 -2 hrs to get the job done. 3.5 hours later I'm still waiting. I go and ask what's the hold up, the service member said he tried to page me several times....bullshit. was in the waiting room the entire time. All n all, I didn't get out till after 1:30!!! Worst experience ever. And to make matters worst I was sick. Never come to this slow, snail paced environment. It's like they forgot about me or something. Wasted half my Saturday waiting in this shitty waiting room. Fuck this location. Never will I come here again. Biggest regret. McCowan and Sheppard. They're fucking liars. Don't believe shit they say.
