  • I work in the building across the street from Puck n' Wings and occasionally, a few of us go there for lunch. While I've never been dissatisfied with anything on the menu - other than the price ($7.99 for fries ... really?) their service is abysmal. That's the only reason I gave it two stars instead of three. It's usually the same server who seems to hate her job and is absolutely miserable in her role there; she refers to everyone as "honey," "sweetie," "darlin'" or whatever term of endearment suits her fancy in the moment. For her own well-being and the accuracy of food orders (particularly the make-your-own salads), she needs to look for alternative employment. If you have an extra 30 minutes to spare during your lunch hour and the patience to repeat your order a number of times so that it gets done right, then you probably won't have the same experience as I've had. Like I said, the food is always good - it just tends to take too long to get the order correct, get served and get the bill.
