Oh Haven...where to begin...
They started their online sale and I bought two things online and had it ship to the store. It said 2-5 business days on their website. However, that is not the case. I kept calling them and they said that one item was already available for pickup and the other item was in transit from their Vancouver store and the employee said it will be there by the end of the week and that I will be emailed once my other part of order will arrive. So I decided to wait so I can pickup both items. The end of the week arrives and I called them again since I did not get an email. The employee yet again told me that the item is still in transit from Vancouver and will probably arrive on Monday. So I called on Monday, and the employee said it was strange that my order has not arrived and will double check. Later in the day, I received an email that item in my order was cancelled and I will get a refund. No explanation whatsoever. I guess the item just magically disappeared in transit from Vancouver.
They refunded me the amount without tax so I went to the store the next day to pick up my other item. I asked about the refund amount and they acknowledged the difference and refunded the difference. I asked them about the other item and what happened to it but the employee did not really say anything about it. They did not even apologize or give the customer some other incentive to make up for the error. This is a store that sells premium streetwear items and they do not even answer a customer's question transparently.
Highly disappointed with the overall experience with my online purchase and pickup in store option.
Overall, the interior is nice but I find the store location out of place. The shoes on the floor....have to bend down to look at every single one...yep.
