  • I was under a time crunch as I was in the process of selling a house and the home inspector said the roof was good but needed repairs for the buyer's loan to be approved. I called multiple companies in town and just for an estimate they were several weeks out. I was able to get a couple of estimates but they only quoted full roof replacements even though I explained I didn't want or need to replace the entire roof. My realtor recommended First Quality Roofing. I called and was able to schedule an estimate for the following week. Parker arrived on time for the appointment and fully explained the work that needed to be done and how he arrived at the cost. The repair was scheduled and the workers arrived on time and cleaned everything before leaving. I had some questions after the repair and the supervisor met me at the house and explained everything in detail. The entire process was easy, in the time frame I needed and quality work that's guaranteed. Everyone was very professional and always ready and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely recommend and would use again if I ever need roofing repairs
