  • The quality of the sofa-bed we purchased is high, and we are happy with that. However, we were promised the delivery no more than 1 week after the 30 day manufacturing process. As it turned out delivery was later than this and this affected our visitors who had been expecting a bed to sleep on, not the floor! We have had a very good technician out to fix something that was broken upon delivery. The tech was awesome. The sales staff however did not provide all information about the features of the bed, but the tech did! Overall a good experience in the end.
