rev:text	What a bustling joint where all the locals go. The food is outstanding. Perfect roast pork with careful presentation of the prized crispy skin. Fresh and perfectly done boiled pork liver and kidneys w/special soy. Free range poached chicken with ginger green onion sauce was dead on home style cooking. And the lobster jook was worth getting just to sample and look at. Warning - Saturday night at prime time can be crazy.
