  • A few good words about Keith, he was a great person to deal with. However, don't use their recommended installer. He charges you more per sqaure foot than their website estimates. He is a general so he hires installers for much less than he charges you. Don't have them do demo, they dont remove the doors, cover blinds and minimally cover kitchen cabinets. I had debri in my cabinets and chunks out of my trim. He verbally agreed to pay for clean up and since i didn't get it in writing he didn't honor his word. Don't use Lauritsen Flooring if you want professional honesty.
