  • This review is for the Dane County Auto Service department. First off, Dave is amazing. I had been having issues with my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan (it wasn't starting sometimes), and I had just bought it in April from another non-Dodge dealership. It was still under warranty so I figured I would go to the Dodge dealership closest to me. Now, the issue I was having with my van was pretty weird, in that sometimes it happened, and sometimes it didn't. Which, when trying to diagnosis it, was a problem. But Dave was very thorough, and was determined to find a solution. Dave ended up giving me a nice loaner car (a fully loaded 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroads!) for 3 days while they worked on my van. He basically told me they would keep it until it was fixed, which is exactly what they did. I was fully expecting them to just tell me that since it wasn't acting up when they had it, that there was nothing they could do. I fully appreciate the time and attentiveness that Dave and his auto technicians spent on my van. I now will not have to worry about whether or not my van will start! Next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, we will definitely make Dane County Auto our first stop, simply because I know the vehicles there are well inspected and the service after sale will be dependable.
