  • I have had multiple experiences with the Zimbrick Nissan Service Department. Due to an ongoing problem with my truck, I was forced to take it in for warranty service that resulted in several trips (not to the fault of Zimbrick). Each time, I was promptly driven to work by their shuttle or provided a loaner and dealt with in a professional manner by all staff (including the service manager). Upon returning, my vehicle was always washed and often times waiting for me in the service garage so I would not have to walk out into the lot. I would highly recommend Zimbrick for both their service department and their overall customer service as it relates to vehicle repairs.
