  • All I have to say a wow. The staff is great but don't ever visit with dc Wales. He's rude and out of line. I took my cat in and after I picked her up I had some questions on the charges. He proceeded to explain to me the wrong things then called me a lier after I told him I have no idea what he was taking about. Then he remembers that what he said wasn't the right thing. Then says sorry, that he had a long day, I tell him I understand he had a long day but he still shouldn't speak to people that way, he turns around and says "if I don't like the way he speaks to me that I shouldn't come back there" wow.
