  • We recieved a coupon for $49.95 for a car package thru email. This includes oil change, 4 wheel alignment, air filter, rotation and various checks(air pressure, battery, etc). We picked up the truck and was charged $61.42. They said they couldn't align or rotate because tir rods bad. Ok, so I was charged more because you could not complete the work????? What's with that. I understand not being able to do the work, but charging a customer more than the coupon because something was wrong is just plain WRONG!!!! They did little work and then decided to make up their own price. The most we should have been charged was $49.95!!!!! They lost our business for sure. We own 7 autos and will never go back!!!!!!! Funny how also we had an alignment done less then a month before and they didn't notice anything wrong. Beware, lots of bad reviews for this place.
