  • I rented from Sir Bounce-a-Lot after another company tried to pull a bait and switch and change a previous rental agreement--two weeks before my party. I explained the situation to Rebecca, who was very sympathetic. She asked me about the package I had previously reserved with the other company and after verifying that they were indeed offering the package via their website, she spoke with her manager Kim. Kim agreed to match the package with slide rental and 3 tables/18 chairs--for the same price as the first company!! I was given a thorough explanation of their policy both over the phone and via e-mail. I received everything we agreed upon in writing. Several days before my party Rebecca called to verify the total amount and to check and see if we needed anything else for our party. The day before the party, Kim called and said they had no rentals for the Sunday following our party, and asked if we would mind keeping the waterslide for an extra day at no extra cost! Ummmmmmm yeah!! The day of the party, the delivery drivers beat me to my house, as I didn't think they would come right on time. Was I wrong--but we were only a few minutes away and they were very nice about it and waited. Setup was done in minutes. The slide was absolutely the hit of our party, for both kids and adults. In fact, when we said we had it for an extra day, several people came back and we had a blast the whole weekend. I got a call on Monday, and the guy let me know he was on his way to pick up the silde. Everything was done very professionally. I was shocked at how timely the delivery and pick-up were. The slide was very clean and looked just like the picture on the website. I would highly recommend this company. I found out from experience that the bouncy house/slide rental companies here can be quite shady and inconsistent. I'm happy to finally have found a company that I feel good renting from and will definitely be using them for all my kid party needs.
