  • I always rent with Avis, am an Avis preferred member, but never felt the need to ever write a review, cos most of the time it is what you expect it to be, never positive, never negative. This time I arrived late, almost midnight at PHX and had a Nissan Rogue waiting for me, looks like the previous guy took it for a good spin, the windshield was not cleaned, had wiper marks on it and the rear view mirror was dirty, the seats had not be vacuumed, looks like they literally got the car and moved it to be rented out. Bad experience Avis.
