  • WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! As I search for new dentist, realized I would have appreciated an honest review of this office before setting foot in it. Over the course of 2 years, I got strung along in a treatment plan that ultimately left me very disappointed and frustrated with the professionalism of the drs. To sum up my experience, I had crowns that chipped/fell off and are mismatched to other crowns done at the same time, I had a tooth pulled (where an implant was supposed to replace it)...holidays came and my case took the back burner-it was hard for me to get back in the office. my next appointment came and I was then notified the gap had closed too much and I now needed braces to open the space back up. I was referred to their orthodontist at Las Vegas braces. hesitantly, I went and was given 2 options for braces- Invisalign and incognito. I chose incognito and had my molds done. I had to continue to follow up with office for several weeks awaiting hardware to come in. I even went to get "signed off" on my teeth for braces placement before going back where dentist then decided to tell me she no longer recommended this and basically another waste of a few months. as a result, I requested a full refund from both offices as I had paid for my treatments in full. they also made this very difficult down to cashing the check at the bank. this was a very bad experience for me and I hope others do their due diligence in researching dentists before starting any type of treatment plan with south view or any of their affiliates.
