  • I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give it a shot since I was visiting from California. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service and plain common curtesy. After walking up the 3 flights of stairs to the shop, the women opened the door and looked at me like, "what do You want?" I asked politely if anyone would be available to do my eyebrows? She quickly said no and closed the door. She didn't even ask if I'd like any other services, which I actually was looking to get my nails done also. Overall it didn't seem this particular women (didn't catch her name since she closed the door on me so fast) wanted "my" business. Take away message - this shop may or may not be good at doing nails/waxing & facials, I'll never know. But what I do know is they discriminate:( Never judge a book by it's cover, or in my case the color of my skin, which is why I suspect she shut the door so fast. Smh! Damn shame, I'm a great tipper - "Big mistake. Big. Huge! I have to go shopping now" - Pretty Women
