  • While the agent who helped us, Symphony, was great, T-Mobile is going to lose our business. Our corporate discount percentage has been dropping over the last couple months & we just wanted to find out what the story was. We did. T-Mobile has decided to drop the discount they are offering K's company from 15% to 8%. They didn't want to shock us so they dropped it from 15 to 10% last month and then from 10 to 8% this month. NO BUENO. K called her co's employee benefit agent & they told her that employees get the best deal from Sprint. So I guess we're switching services.
