I have never been so irritated in my life with a retailer. I initially went into the store and stated that I needed delivery for that weekend. "Shouldnt be a problem" was the answer I received. After finding the bedroom set that I liked, finalized the saled was told "oh sorry, we cant deliver until a week later than I originally had requested. Not happy at the time, so asked if my 2nd choice might be available (as was told all items for the most part are "in stock"). Nope, same time frame. Accepting defeat, I stated OK fine. Just received phone call, (after re-arranging my work schedule to ensure off for the delivery day as have been without a bed for over a week and couldnt wait to get a good nights sleep finally) to be told sorry, cant delvier then mattress not "in stock", will have to deliver on Tuesday... WELL, I cant keep rearranging my schedule to accomodate this.. Not off again til following Friday. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I will NEVEr do business again here!!! if things are advertised as "in stock" make sure that is a true statement!!! Over 5k spent, (delivery free-geesh thanks so much!! as it isnt happening!!!)
