  • How is everyone giving Dr. Dewans office a good rating when his staff are so non compliant? I have been calling them and leaving messages because my daughter needed refills since her last appointment 3 months ago. They're phone system sucks. And they have the nerve to have me go in for follow up again in order for a new refill. Isn't that why we were there 3 months ago? So I haven't received a single prescription for her hormone shots and auth for the pharmacy. I need a new endocrinoligist that will be on top of things. Sorry but your office sucks..
