  • I don't even live here and already I am turned off. I recently went to tour the property as I am relocating to Scottsdale. The leasing mgr Kristin gives me a tour of the property and says she will email me photos of the units coming available and give me more info about pricing and specials. It's been almost 2 weeks since that day, I have followed up no less than 4 times to contact her regarding living there. I have left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails. NO RESPONSE. The other girls in the ofice are just as useless as I mentioend to them that I had been dealing with Kristin and wanted to get in touch with her. Anyway, for the $1600+ they want for their 2 br loft, there is much better places I have found. You can get a nice home with garage if you search for townhomes or homes. I already found a much nicer, bigger place with garage for $400 less than they wanted to charge me. If they are this bad with communication, imagine if you actually lived there!! Take the early warning signs I say.
