  • I recently purchased 02/02/2015 new tires from the Warner and Cooper location. I was short for time when I dropped off my car, the manager was the one to assist me I told him I had already went online and found what I want. He instantly tried his hard sale ***** with me and when I told him I was not interested and am short for time he shuts down and was very short with me and just down right unprofessional. I have purchased thousands of dollars in tires at this location and for me to be treated like that by a manager is absurd. they called around 4:45pm to let me know that my car was done. I was right around the corner and went in the location and seen the invoice. It was a far cry from what the price said online. I also wanted my warranty on all my tires as I always purchase. When I checked online it told me my final price with everything included. Then when I got to this location that was not the case. I was told that I needed to add that in, in order for me to get the warranty. I told him that the webpage is misleading and for them not to call me and inform me of that is ridiculous. So now I am very upset on the customer service in which I received and at this point I am returning those tires requesting my money back and going else where. I have a already called your Corp office in Scottsdale and have not received a call. So with that being said, I will be contacting the BBB, consumer advocate and the attorney generals office to make sure this matter is just not swept under the rug......Update......I thought this situation would have taken care of since I spoke with the someone at Discount Corp, well I was wrong. I spoke with Mr. Ballard, and he assured me that he will take care of everything after my horrible experience at the Cooper and Warner Location. I then went to the Market location and was told that, they would take care of it and replace the TPS in the tires. I go back to pick up my car and the same manager that was told to replace them told me he just shut of my warning light. So there goes yet another day wasted. I then called up Mr. Ballard back and let him know the situation and my thoughts about there disgruntled employee's purposely messing with my vehicle. I then let him know that I will take my vehicle to Infiniti to have them take a look at the problems that I am having with the sensors going off. They immediately identified the problem which was the TPS sensor. Since my car was there I had them replace them for me which cost me $382.17 for 3 of them, need I remind you this was supposed to be taken care of per the Mr. Ballard Discount Tire Corp. Needless to say I will NEVER use discount tire again due to their incompentence and not keeping their word.! I also will be posting this to the BBB, Consumer Advocate, Attorney Generals office and any others that may apply
