This time I had two scoops of gelato in a cup -- Hong Kong Milk Tea on the bottom and Rosewater Pistachio on the top. Both were delicious, perfectly creamy and not too sweet.
The pistachio gelato was studded with nuts, tasted like pistachios and faintly of rosewater. It reminded me of kulfi (an Indian ice cream with similar ingredients). A happy memory!
The milk tea gelato tasted exactly like the drink, so if you like milky, lightly sweet tea, this flavour is for you. It reminded me of the loose leaf black tea (chai) that our parents would brew and serve when company was over. Happy memories!
The two flavours paired well together. Can't wait to go back!
