I have been trying to get in shape for the last couple of years and trying almost anything I can get my hands on. Revolution Training Sys has been one of the few things that I have stuck with for more than a couple of sessions and I am really enjoying the classes, environment, and the instructions I have received.
I've been doing the kettle bell work out and the instructors have gone out of their way to ensure that I am getting the most of my workouts. I won't lie to you by telling you that I have lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but I do feel stronger and I do have more energy.
