rev:text	My review would be based on my experience with the Service Dept. I brought my Rav 4 in because there were a couple recalls that I needed to get fixed and I needed an 85K mile simple service so figured I might as well. My friend had told me that I didn't need an appt to bring my car in so based on that, I just showed up. The guy who helped me let me know that fixing recalls does require calling in first b/c there were limited people to do them. But he said he would see if they could still fit me in. He came back and phew! They could take me. Roger Terp (Hopefully I got his name right) helped me out after that. I thought he was pretty nice. No complaints. My car was done in a few hours. Of course Roger let me know what needed to be fixed in my car and let me know about the prices. I thought that was great that he was giving me quotes based on what specials or coupons he could find. If he was playing me well then he did it very well b/c i didn't feel pressured at all. Overall I'd say the Service Dept is pretty good. The sales guys on the other hand, not so sure. Of course while i was looking at a new Rav 4, a sales guy asked me what I thought. I told him I liked the old version better (with the tire on the outside). He then tried to tell me that he had X number of them still left so I better snatch one now...ummm..why would I want another of the same car when mine is perfectly ok??!! Mind you he kept saying that and apparently wasn't listening...or didn't want to listen. But of course, I won't hold that experience against the other guys. They could be better-headed than this one. hahaha.
