  • I got there at 545pm and I asked if he was still open and he didn't really reply. But he starts putting chucks on my car so I assumed that meant yes. He completa the rest and I pass and I go to pay him and he says cash only. I tell him why, he says that the CC machine is turned off. I said okay there is no sign that says cash only so I had to run to get cash. He proceeds to mumble something under his breath and I ask him if that is okay. So I ask him loudly thinking he didn't here me and he claps his hands and me telling me to hurry. There was a car behind me waiting to get their smog as well as I ran to the convenient store to grab his money. I left him the money on his keyboard as he didn't even acknowledge me when I paid him.
