I did a mistake !!!! I did not book a table upfront :$ It was a weekday night around 830pm, we checked in and said table for two, they said wait for one hour. So wife gave a disgusted, you-are-hopeless, you-idiot kind of look and thankfully there were few seats available at the bar and we grabbed 'em.
We were craving for the fondue all of a sudden (probably saw something on tv that day) and that is all we ordered. Wisconsin Cheddar and for dessert Bourbon Pecan. Both were just tres delicioso...
the way the prep the stove and make the fondue in front of you creates all the hype and anticipation and you would just wait to dip one of the various varieties of veggies/bread into the fondue and put in your mouth.
Can't wait to go back!! not without a reserved table though ;)
