A spur of the moment idea quickly became a subway&bus ride to Wonderland this Saturday- I hadn't been in years, probably since Paramount dropped the park.
Some highlights:
"Behemoth" was insane. The ride drops you at a 90degree angle and lasts longer then the usual 60second roller-coaster. The line-up was long, but it moved quicker then I'd anticipated.
"Wild Beast" shakes you like crazy, and is less crowded then its "Minebusters" sister. We did this ride 3x in a row just before close- no one was there.
I love Wonderland in the Fall, the lineups are manageable, the sun goes down while you ride the last hour- and most importantly, the tourists have left.
If you haven't already, check out their Fall/Halloween nights- they're fun, and you get to ride your fave roller-coasters in pitch-dark.
